Biography

Mohit Kholiya is an Indian software engineer and entrepreneur based in New Delhi, India. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Zobique, an AI-powered career development platform he has led technically since January 2025.

At Zobique he is responsible for technology and product strategy across a platform that helps students and professionals with job matching, skill gap analysis, resume optimization, interview preparation and personalised career guidance. The engines he built there now operate at national scale: the Job Matching Engine, Skill Gap Analysis and Course Recommendation Engine were adopted by the Government of India and deployed on the National Career Services (NCS) portal, the national employment platform run by the Ministry of Labour and Employment.

Alongside his work at Zobique, Mohit Kholiya is a published researcher. His paper AIB-SCM: A Hierarchical AI-Powered Blockchain Framework for Secure and Scalable Supply Chain Management was accepted and presented at ICDECT 2025, the 6th International Conference on Data Engineering and Communication Technology, held in Bhubaneswar, India in December 2025. The work proposes a hierarchical architecture that combines artificial intelligence with blockchain to make supply chain systems more transparent, efficient and secure.

Since July 2026 he has also worked as a React Native and full stack developer at Avyukt Tech Labs, building a cross-platform course platform with live classes and contributing to a palm-based biometric payment system. He is concurrently completing a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS) in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Work with the Government of India

Three systems designed and built under Mohit Kholiya at Zobique — a Job Matching Engine, a Skill Gap Analysis engine and a Course Recommendation Engine — were adopted by the Government of India and deployed on the National Career Services (NCS) portal, the national employment platform run by the Ministry of Labour and Employment. They match job seekers across India to better-fitting openings, identify the specific skills a candidate is missing for a target role, and recommend the training that closes those gaps.

Job Matching Engine

Matches job seekers to relevant vacancies on the NCS portal by scoring candidate profiles against role requirements rather than relying on keyword overlap alone.

Skill Gap Analysis

Compares a candidate’s current skill profile against the requirements of a target role and identifies the specific competencies that are missing.

Course Recommendation Engine

Recommends training and courses that close the gaps surfaced by the skill gap analysis, turning a diagnosis into an actionable learning path.

Platform: National Career Services (ncs.gov.in) · Operated by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.
